Products & Pricing
We strive for accurate product descriptions and pricing, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct prices or information and cancel orders if needed—we'll notify you and offer a reorder at the correct price or a full refund. All prices are in Euros (€) and include French VAT.

Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer, not a guarantee.  An order confirmation email sent by us is our formal acceptance.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payments are processed through secure gateways; we do not store your full card details.

Custom/Prescription Eyewear
Per our Return Policy, custom-made and prescription eyewear are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect. By ordering such items, you accept this condition.

Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Lunetieratelier. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

Changes
We may update these terms; changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.
