Where We Ship
We currently deliver to metropolitan France only.

Order Processing
We process orders within 1‑2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM CET, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within metropolitan France are 3‑5 business days from dispatch.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier operational issues – we kindly ask for your patience in such cases.

Shipping Cost
All orders ship free of charge to metropolitan France. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Tracking Your Order
Your tracking link is provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can follow your parcel’s journey in real time through the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier cannot deliver because no one is available to accept the package, a notice will be left. It is your responsibility to arrange re‑delivery or pick‑up within the carrier’s timeframe.
Packages returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts may be subject to a new shipping fee before we can resend them.

Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
